

The partnership between UN/COMMON and 19 Crimes was a dynamic collaboration to enhance and transition the brand’s loyalty program. Faced with the challenge of moving from Ebbo to Yotpo with an extremely tight deadline due to the sunsetting of Ebbo’s loyalty platform, the UN/COMMON Redesign & Replatform team not only streamlined the sign-up and sign-in processes to integrate seamlessly with Shopify and Klaviyo but also addressed state restrictions by implementing a system that tags customer accounts from restricted states. With our expertise in eCommerce website design, we ensured the loyalty program’s integration was functional and visually cohesive with the brand’s digital presence. Simultaneously, the UN/COMMON Lifecycle Marketing team worked on redesigning key loyalty program emails to align with the new MVP site, leveraging Klaviyo’s AI for a more shoppable experience and ensuring the program's benefits were communicated effectively.
